Language Arts - Writing
Students read Snowmen at Night. After analyzing the story, students worked through the writing process and wrote stories about What Principals do when kids are in class. The students used The Write Tools and 6 Traits +1 to complete their stories. The stories were published using a digital photo story program. The culminating event was inviting the principal (who came bring popcorn for all) to a movie afternoon where all the stories were shared on a big screen.
